Conference & Event Website flyer: From announcement to doors open.

About this gig

Your attendees need one place to register, plan their trip and give. Your team needs to know who's coming.

I build conference and event websites that handle everything from the announcement to the doors opening: free or paid registration, QR tickets, the programme and speakers, venue and travel guidance for visitors from abroad, online giving and a live countdown. Organizers get an admin view of registrations and check-ins.

What you get:

  • An event site with programme, speakers, venue and countdown
  • Free or paid registration with confirmation emails
  • QR tickets and door check-in
  • A travel guide, with flight search for international attendees
  • Online giving or sponsorship payments
  • An admin dashboard with registration and check-in numbers

I built the site for Outpouring Jamaica 2026, Omega Fire Ministries' two-day gathering at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston, with free registration, a four-session programme, travel guidance, giving and a live countdown.

Tell me the event, the date, expected attendance and whether tickets are free or paid.

Questions, answered

Can attendees from abroad find flights through the site?

Yes. Outpouring Jamaica's site includes travel guidance and a flight search widget for visitors flying into Kingston.

Can we reuse the site next year?

Yes. Content lives in a CMS, so next year's event becomes a new edition with the same structure and past registrations archived.

Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?

You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.

Are third-party costs included?

No. Usage fees for services like OpenAI, Twilio, WhatsApp or hosting are billed to your account at their own rates. I estimate them before we start and design to keep them low.
