Fractional CTO Session flyer: Decide before you build.

About this gig

The most expensive software is the wrong software. An hour of planning before you build can save months.

I run focused sessions for founders and business owners deciding what to build, which tools to use and what to automate first. Before the call you share your goals and current setup. On the call we work through the options. Afterwards you get a written plan with scope, recommended tools, a cost range and next steps that any developer can follow.

What you get:

  • A 60 or 90-minute video call in your time zone
  • Pre-call review of your business, tools and goals
  • A build, buy, automate or wait recommendation
  • Scope and cost range for the first version
  • An automation shortlist ranked by payback
  • Optional weekly sessions, architecture review and help hiring developers

I founded WeSelling, built performance management systems for three Nigerian federal agencies, and have shipped AI agents, payment integrations and smart contracts for clients.

Book the session and send a few lines about what you're trying to decide.

What changes

Today

  • You're about to spend thousands on a build and aren't sure it's the right one
  • Developers quote wildly different prices for the same idea
  • You have ten automation ideas and no idea which pays back first
  • Your current system slows the business down, and nobody can say why

After

  • A clear recommendation: build, buy, automate or wait
  • A scoped feature list and cost range for the first version
  • A shortlist of tools and an automation order based on payback
  • A written plan you can hand to any developer, including me

Questions, answered

Will you try to sell me a big project?

If the right answer is a no-code tool or waiting, I'll say so. The plan is yours to take to any developer.

Do you also mentor developers?

Yes. Private mentorship for developers in web, mobile and smart contracts is available on the contact page.

Where are you based, and when can we talk?

Kaduna, Nigeria (West Africa Time, UTC+1). I work with clients in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean and Africa, reply within 24 hours and keep a weekly call in your time zone.

How do I pay, and can we work outside Fiverr?

Order on Fiverr if you prefer its protection. For direct work I invoice in USD and accept bank transfer, card through Paystack or Stripe, and USDC.
