Can it run without internet?

Yes. In the Scale package it runs on a local network inside an exam centre and syncs results when you're back online.

Which question types are supported?

Multiple choice, multiple answer, true or false, fill-in-the-gap and short answer, with images and equations.

Can it stop cheating?

It makes cheating much harder: shuffled questions and options, strict timing, tab-switch logging and optional webcam snapshots. High-stakes exams still benefit from invigilators.

Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?

You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.
