About this gig

If your team rebuilds the same document every week, the layout should be fixed and only the data should change.

I build document generators that turn a form, spreadsheet or database record into a finished, branded document: proposals, contracts, invoices, quotes, certificates, report cards and patterns. Content and design live apart. The theme holds your fonts, colours and layout, so every document looks right and a design change happens in one place.

What you get:

  • Templates designed from your current documents
  • Input from a web form, Excel or Google Sheets, or your database
  • One self-contained HTML file and a print-ready PDF per document
  • Batch generation for whole classes, events or client lists
  • Email delivery or bulk download
  • Optional staff web app with an archive and e-signature

I built a document engine that produces proposals and build agreements as portable files with fonts and images embedded, and ForgeStitch, which turns body measurements into printable tailoring patterns.

Send me a sample of the document you produce most often.

Use cases

Report cards

A whole class generated from one spreadsheet, with grades, comments and signatures.

Certificates

Event, course and award certificates with names and unique verification codes.

Proposals and quotes

Branded proposals built from a form, priced from your rate card.

Contracts

Agreements assembled from approved clauses with the right names and totals.

Invoices and receipts

Numbered, branded invoices generated from orders.

Payslips

Monthly payslips for every staff member from the payroll sheet.

Event badges and tickets

Name badges and QR tickets printed in bulk.

Patterns and technical sheets

Measured drawings and spec sheets generated from inputs, like tailoring patterns.

What changes

Today

  • Every proposal starts from last month's file, with last month's client name still in it
  • Report cards and certificates take a week of copy-paste each term
  • The design drifts because everyone edits the template differently
  • Contracts go out with wrong totals or a missing clause

After

  • Documents built from a form, a spreadsheet or your database
  • Your fonts, colours and layout locked into one theme
  • A portable HTML file and a print-ready PDF for every document
  • Batch runs: a whole class of report cards in one go

Questions, answered

Can it handle report cards with grades and comments?

Yes. Scores, averages, class positions, teacher comments and the principal's signature, generated for a whole class from one spreadsheet.

Can I change the design later?

Content and design are separate. Change the theme once and every future document follows it.

Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?

You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.

What if my project doesn't fit a package?

Send a message describing what you need. I reply with a custom offer priced to the actual scope, often after a short call.
