Questions, answered
Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?
n8n can run on your own server, so you pay for hosting instead of per task and your data stays with you. If your team already pays for Zapier or Make, I can build there instead.
Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or DeepSeek, chosen per step for cost and accuracy. The API keys and the billing are yours.
What happens when a workflow fails?
It retries, then alerts you with the error and the record that failed. You never find out a week later.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Usage fees for services like OpenAI, Twilio, WhatsApp or hosting are billed to your account at their own rates. I estimate them before we start and design to keep them low.
Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?
You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Send a message describing what you need. I reply with a custom offer priced to the actual scope, often after a short call.
