About this gig

Paper appraisals take months, and by the time HR has the results, nobody can act on them.

I build performance management systems where KPIs, self-appraisals, supervisor scores, counter-signing and moderation all happen online. HR uploads staff data in bulk, watches progress on a dashboard and generates the reports that feed promotions, training and pay decisions.

What you get:

  • Appraisal forms built from your current format or competency framework
  • KPI setting and self-appraisal for every staff member
  • Supervisor scoring, comments and counter-signing
  • Bulk staff data upload by department and grade
  • HR dashboards with completion and score distributions
  • Generated PDF reports for individuals, departments and the organization

I built the performance management platforms for the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (ncaapms.org), the National Identity Management Commission (nimcpms.org) and the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (rmafcpms.org).

Tell me your organization's size, departments and how appraisals run today.

Use cases

Annual appraisals

The full cycle from KPI setting to moderation and HR reports.

Quarterly reviews

Lighter check-ins between annual appraisals.

360 feedback

Peers, reports and managers rate competencies anonymously.

Probation reviews

Structured reviews for new hires with confirmation decisions.

Promotion boards

Scores, history and recommendations compiled for each candidate.

Training needs

Skill gaps across departments turned into a training plan.

OKRs

Company, team and individual objectives with progress tracking.

Board and executive dashboards

Organization-wide performance at a glance.

What changes

Today

  • Appraisal forms circulate on paper for weeks
  • Scores can't be compared across departments
  • HR spends months compiling results by hand
  • Staff can't see how they were scored or why

After

  • Each staff member sets KPIs and completes a self-review online
  • Supervisors score, counter-sign and comment in the same flow
  • Moderation across departments, so scores mean the same thing everywhere
  • HR dashboards and generated reports for promotions and training

How it works

  1. 01KPIs set
  2. 02Self-appraisal
  3. 03Supervisor scores
  4. 04Counter-signed and moderated
  5. 05HR report generated

Questions, answered

Can it follow our existing appraisal format?

Yes. I build the forms and scoring from the format you use today, whether that's a public-service template or your own competency framework.

Where is the data hosted?

Wherever your policy requires: your own servers, a government data centre or a cloud region you choose.

Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?

You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.

Where are you based, and when can we talk?

Kaduna, Nigeria (West Africa Time, UTC+1). I work with clients in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean and Africa, reply within 24 hours and keep a weekly call in your time zone.

What if my project doesn't fit a package?

Send a message describing what you need. I reply with a custom offer priced to the actual scope, often after a short call.
