Telegram Alert Bot
I will build a Telegram alert bot for orders, bookings and service requests

About this gig
The gap between a smooth business and a chaotic one is often a missed alert.
I build Telegram bots that notify your team the moment something happens: a new order, a booking, a payment, a room-service request, a form submission. Each alert goes to the person or group who handles it, with a priority level and buttons to acknowledge it. If nobody responds in time, it escalates to a manager.
What you get:
- A bot connected to your website, store, booking tool or payment gateway
- Routing by event type to people or groups
- Priority levels and acknowledge buttons
- Escalation when an alert is ignored
- A response-time report, so you can see how fast requests get handled
I run this setup for service businesses, including instant booking alerts for a hair studio, and I've written proposals on it for hotels and restaurants.
Tell me which events should trigger alerts and who handles each one.
Use cases
Hotel room service
Guest requests routed to housekeeping, kitchen or maintenance with acknowledge buttons.
Restaurant tables
Table calls and orders sent to the right waiter.
Online store orders
Every order, payment and refund posted to your team instantly.
Payment confirmations
Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe payments announced the second they clear.
Server and uptime alerts
Downtime, errors and failed jobs sent to the on-call developer.
Lead notifications
New enquiries pushed to sales with a one-tap reply link.
Daily summaries
End-of-day sales, bookings and open requests in one message.
Staff commands
Staff check stock, update an order or close a request from Telegram.
What changes
Today
- Guests wave three times before anyone notices
- Orders wait in an email inbox nobody refreshes
- Every alert goes to everyone, so everyone ignores it
- Managers hear about problems at the end of the day
After
- Each event goes to the person or group who handles it
- Priority levels, so urgent alerts stand out
- Staff tap to acknowledge, and ignored alerts escalate
- Response times logged, so you see who handled what and how fast
How it works
- 01Order, booking or request
- 02Webhook reaches the bot
- 03Routed by type and priority
- 04Staff taps Acknowledge
- 05Escalates if ignored

Questions, answered
Why Telegram instead of SMS or email?
Telegram bots are free to run, deliver in a second or two and support buttons, groups and priorities. SMS costs money per message, and email gets buried.
Can it send WhatsApp alerts too?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API, although Meta charges for messages you start. Many teams use Telegram for staff and WhatsApp for customers.
Which tools can trigger alerts?
Anything that sends a webhook or has an API: your website, Shopify, WooCommerce, Paystack, Stripe, Calendly, Google Forms or your own system.
Who owns the code and accounts when we finish?
You do. Code goes to your repository, and services run on accounts in your name, so you are never locked to me. I hand over logins, keys and a short guide.
